Admission and Withdrawals

Admission

1. Students are admitted at the beginning of the Academic session. Admissions are made only against vacancies and on the basis of a written test & interview. The Principal's decision is final.
2. Only students taking admission in Nursery are registered in the month of December. Students who seek admission after having studied in another school will have to produce the following.
   • The School Leaving Transfer Certificate from the school last attended. (Original)
   • The report of progress and co-curricular activities of that school. (Photocopy)
   • The Birth Certificate, Aadhaar Card (Father, Mother & Child) Photocopy
   • Students seeking admission in class IX must produce the third language pass certificate of class VIII

   No change in the date of birth of the student will be permitted once the student is admitted.

Withdrawals

1. A month's notice in writing should be given by the parents before withdrawing a student from the school, failing which the parent will have to pay the fee for the entire term. Pupils who leave in the month of May must pay the fee for May and June and those who leave in the month of February must pay the fee for February and March.
2. The parents who wish to withdraw the student from the school at the termination of the session should apply for School Leaving Certificate by March 31, 2024. Otherwise one month fee will be charged.
3. All dues of the school should be paid in full and library books returned before applying for a Transfer Certificate.
4. Application Forms for withdrawal of students will be available in the School Office. Application on prescribed performa only, will be accepted.
5. Transfer and other school certificates should be applied for in writing 48 hours in advance.
6. A pupil may be asked to leave the school on the following grounds.
   • Disciplinary
   • Unsatisfactory progress in studies
   • Accumulation of tuition and bus fee arrears
